A deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation.
Remaining balance should be paid first day upon arrival.
If the reservation would be cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, the deposit will be fully refunded, less administrative fee. For cancelations at any time later or in case of not-arrived, the deposit will not be refunded. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. If a guest arrives after the arrival date of the reservation or if he leaves before the departure date of the reservation, property owner keeps the right to charge the total cost of the reservation.
